Summary

The Structured Interview for Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fourth Edition, Personality Disorders (SIDP-IV) shows good reliability for assessing personality disorders (PDs) in military recruits. Dimensional scoring improved reliability compared to categorical approaches.
