[Off-pump coronary artery bypass with endarterectomy]

Off-pump coronary artery reconstruction using the left internal thoracic artery (LITA) for a diffusely diseased left anterior descending (LAD) artery shows acceptable surgical outcomes. This technique, with or without endarterectomy, offers a viable solution for complex LAD disease.
