Pregnancies in mothers with isolated dextrocardia showed no adverse effects. However, mothers with situs inversus had a higher incidence of small-for-gestational-age (SGA) infants, requiring careful monitoring.

- Isolated maternal dextrocardia does not negatively impact pregnancy outcomes.
- Situs inversus in pregnancy is associated with an increased risk of SGA infants and warrants close observation.
