Microendoscopic discectomy (MED) is a feasible outpatient procedure for treating far-lateral lumbar disc herniation, offering excellent outcomes with minimal complications. This minimally invasive technique provides direct visualization and removal of herniated discs, improving radicular pain and neurological deficits.
