Recombinant factor VIIa in paediatric bleeding disorders--a 2006 review

Recombinant factor VIIa (rFVIIa) is safe and effective for pediatric bleeding disorders, including hemophilia. Studies show increased use in children for various conditions with no rise in adverse events.
