Summary

Researchers developed monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) targeting the interleukin-4 receptor (IL-4R). These mAbs, M1 and M2, identify the IL-4R as a 145,000 molecular weight protein and inhibit IL-4 binding, with M1 also blocking IL-4-induced proliferation.
