Computerized electrocardiogram (ECG) analysis has advanced significantly, but misinterpretations persist, particularly in rhythm diagnoses and pacemaker activity. Physicians must understand these limitations, using computer interpretations as a supplement, not a replacement, for expert medical judgment.
