These technologies include computerized axial tomography (CAT or CT scans), positron-emission tomography (PET scans),  magnetic resonance imaging (MRI),  functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS).

Summary

This study introduces new software for reconstructing brain white matter tracts using magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging (MR-DTI). The software aids surgical planning and intraoperative navigation by visualizing the corticospinal tract in patients with brain lesions.
