Abstract:
This discussion provides an organized, rational approach to filing, storage, and retrieval of a large medical photographic slide collection. Advantages of this approach include: minimal slide storage space, simple filing, rapid retrieval based on descriptive "key words" utilizing database software, inexpensive and readily available technology for users of personal computers, and reliable tracking of slides.
