Abstract:
Wilms' tumour (nephroblastoma) is a renal tumour that develops in childhood; it is one of the most common malignant tumours in children under 5 years old. Bone metastases are extremely rare in Wilms' tumour. Reported here is a patient who underwent nephrectomy for Wilms' tumour at the age of 2 years and presented with a jawbone mass in her left mandible 9 months later.
