Summary

Graphite pencil electrodes modified with carbon nanotubes offer a superior, inexpensive platform for direct electrochemical DNA detection compared to glassy carbon electrodes. This novel DNA biosensor demonstrates high sensitivity and selectivity for nucleic acid analysis.
