A rare anatomical variation of the right renal artery originating from a common trunk with suprarenal and testicular arteries was observed. Understanding such renal artery variations is crucial for successful surgical interventions.

- The inferior renal hilar artery supplied another suprarenal artery.
- The superior renal hilar artery anomalously crossed over the inferior renal hilar artery.

- Detailed pre-operative anatomical assessment can prevent intraoperative complications.
- This case highlights the importance of meticulous dissection in anatomical studies.
