Background:

  • Initial surgical excision was performed for the tumor.
  • Histopathological examination of the excised mass revealed dedifferentiated liposarcoma (DDL).

Findings:

  • The paratesticular tumor was definitively diagnosed as dedifferentiated liposarcoma (DDL).
  • The rarity of this specific tumor location and subtype is highlighted.
