Changes in heart rate with refeeding in anorexia nervosa: a pilot study

Refeeding in anorexia nervosa patients significantly increased heart rate and was linked to autonomic nervous system activity. Changes in sympathetic activity correlated with RR interval, suggesting hormonal shifts influence recovery.
