  • The case highlights a rare presentation of AAA causing significant vertebral body erosion.
  • Surgical resection and graft repair successfully resolved the patient's severe back pain.

Implications:

  • Comprehensive radiological assessment, including pre- and paravertebral structures and the vertebral body, is essential for patients with chronic back pain.
  • Early and accurate diagnosis of AAA can prevent severe complications and improve patient outcomes.
