Abstract:
The in-vitro-bleeding-test (IVBT) is able to detect sensitively the disorders of platelet function. They are frequently caused by von-Willebrand-syndrome or aspirin. In 7.4% of our thrombocytapheresesis donors the IVBT was abnormal. The plasmatic coagulation has no influence on the IVBT.
