[The upper urinary tract condition in women with uterus fibromyoma]
Abstract:
132 patients with uterus fibromyoma who underwent hysteroovarioectomy were observed. Ultrasonic scanning didn't reveal any structural changes in kidneys after the operation period. Complex ultrasonic investigation including convection echography, color Doppler mapping and pulse Doppler showed that R1 index is more sensitive in diagnosing residual renal obstruction than renal pelvis dilation diagnosed by convection echography.
