Summary

Computer-aided detection (CAD) systems improve radiologist performance in identifying small pulmonary nodules on multi-detector row CT scans. Both ImageChecker CT and NEV systems enhanced nodule detection sensitivity, reducing false-negative diagnoses without significant performance differences between them.
