[Paratesticular fibrosarcoma. A rare malign neoplasm]

• Paratesticular sarcomas are rare malignancies originating in the spermatic cord.
• Fibrosarcoma is a type of soft tissue sarcoma that can occur in the paratesticular region.

Observation:

• A 55-year-old male presented with a rapidly developing paratesticular sarcoma.
• The tumor was identified as a fibrosarcoma of the spermatic cord, presenting unusually.

Findings:

• Radical orquitectomy with inguinal pedicule ligation was performed without adjuvant therapy.
• A 5-year follow-up revealed no clinical or radiological evidence of recurrence or metastasis.

Implications:

• Radical surgery appears to be the sole effective therapeutic strategy for paratesticular fibrosarcoma.
• This case suggests a favorable prognosis following surgical management, even for aggressive presentations.
