Summary

Autologous mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) in platelet-rich plasma (PRP)-alginate gel effectively augmented nasal contours in rabbits. This injectable biomaterial promoted significant chondroitin sulfate and type II collagen production for tissue regeneration.
