Objective:
To investigate the allele and genotype frequencies of DXS6804, DXS6799, DXS8378, DXS7130 and DXS7132 in unrelated individuals of Nu population and establish the related genetic database.
Methods:
Five X-STR loci were analyzed by PCR followed PAGE and silver staining.
Results:
The allele frequencies of the five X-STRs in Yunnan Nu population are in accordance with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.
Conclusion:
Five X-STRs loci of Nu population could be used in forensic identification.
