Abstract:
There is, beyond the growth of knowledge that follows training, a first meaning that is the meeting with the consulting subject. There are existing structures that enable one to answer to the subject's needs; the in-training constitutes a priviledged way which firstly separates those needs from the various problems encountered in a work setting and secondly, continually refocusses the trainee on the said needs. Training is to be considered as an activity to the same extent as any other human activities and to this effect it implies a dynamic that underlies the meeting of two individuals with their own sets of needs.
