In the first part she examines the phenomenon of vasocongestion according to the various parts of sexual anatomy and how it changes after the age of sixty. In the second section she exposes the psychological aspects of sexual interest : recognition, perception, imagination and the sexual object itself. The author concludes by setting out the conditions for conserving an active sexuality.
