Abstract:
So-called "alternative resources" - can they be produced by traditional institutions, and under what conditions0 This is the question to which the article attempts to respond. It recounts two experiences which have been running for four and two years, respectively. Statistical data reflect three years of operation of a group home and one year of functioning of supervised apartments. It seems that the institutional entry into the "alternative" arena is a hopeful sign.
