Wavelet-based tachycardia discrimination in ICDs: Impact of posture and electrogram configuration

The wavelet algorithm for implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs) shows minor variations in morphology scores across body positions with RV coil-can, RV coil-SVC coil, and tip-ring configurations. However, the SVC coil-can configuration should be avoided due to considerable score variations.
