  • Postoperative recovery was complicated by severe diarrhea.
  • The patient showed good wound healing and clinical improvement post-surgery.

  • Timely surgical intervention is essential for obstructive carcinoid tumors.
  • Further research is needed to improve early detection and management strategies.
