Summary

ADAMTS-13 levels remain stable in plasma stored at room temperature for up to 48 hours. Solvent detergent treated plasma (SDP) and cryosupernatant plasma (CSP) also retain normal ADAMTS-13 levels, suitable for treating thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP).
