Subclinical neurological involvement in Behçet's disease

Subclinical neurological involvement in Behçet's disease (BD) was investigated using neuroimaging and neurophysiologic tests. Cranial MRI and EEG revealed significant abnormalities, highlighting their utility in early BD neurological complication detection.
