  • The patient exhibited characteristics of iridoschisis with associated angle closure.
  • The mechanism of angle closure appears multifactorial, involving iris changes and lens-related factors.

Implications:

  • The findings suggest that iris stroma changes and lens alterations in iridoschisis can precipitate angle closure glaucoma.
  • Early diagnosis and management are essential to prevent vision loss in patients with iridoschisis.
