Summary

Linear accelerator (LINAC) radiosurgery is a safe and effective treatment for small vestibular schwannomas (VSs). This study shows high tumor control rates and low complication risks, offering a viable alternative to surgery.

  • Actuarial and multivariate statistical analyses of tumor control and complication rates (facial/trigeminal neuropathy).
