Summary

Administering bupivacaine to the subhepatic area immediately after creating pneumoperitoneum significantly reduces postoperative pain and analgesic use. This timing is more effective than administering it before pneumoperitoneum or before trocar removal for laparoscopic cholecystectomy pain control.
