Summary

Dyshidrosis is common in Parkinson's disease and worsens with autonomic dysfunction. Levodopa may improve hyperhidrosis, but further research on sweating disorder treatments is needed.

Dyshidrosis (hand and foot sweating) is frequently observed in Parkinson's disease (PD) patients.
Sweating abnormalities in PD are complex, influenced by disease progression and autonomic dysfunction.

To investigate the relationship between dyshidrosis, autonomic disturbances, and Parkinson's disease progression.
