Background:

Purpose of the Study:

  • To evaluate the clinical experience of endoscopic excision of forehead osteomas.
  • To assess the combination of endoscopic brow lift and osteoma excision.
  • To determine the safety and efficacy of this combined approach.

Main Methods:

  • Endoscopic excision of forehead osteomas was performed in 11 patients.
  • Nine patients underwent combined endoscopic brow lift and osteoma excision.
  • Two patients had isolated endoscopic osteoma excision.

Main Results:

  • No complications were reported in any of the patients.
  • No recurrence of the forehead osteomas was observed.
  • Patients reported high satisfaction with the aesthetic outcomes.
