Erectile function, sexual drive, and ejaculatory function after reconstructive surgery for anterior urethral

Urethral reconstructive surgery improved ejaculation in men, but older individuals may experience decreased erectile function. Sexual function may recover over time following urethroplasty.

- Erectile function may improve with longer recovery times, and younger men showed the most significant improvement in ejaculatory function.
