Detection of autoimmunity by pharmaceuticals

New pharmaceutical safety models are needed to predict drug-induced allergies and autoimmune reactions. This review proposes combining reporter antigen-popliteal lymph node assays (RA-PLNA) with oral exposure models for better prediction of these adverse effects.
