No significant difference in neutrophil activation found among three H2RAs

Histamine-2 receptor antagonists do not affect neutrophil activation in patients with Helicobacter pylori infection. This study found no significant changes in gastric mucosa markers after treatment with ranitidine, famotidine, or lafutidine.
