[Metastatic lung tumor from uterine leiomyosarcoma]

• Surgical resection is considered the primary treatment for isolated lung metastases from uterine leiomyosarcoma.
• Chemotherapy (paclitaxel and carboplatin) and stereotactic radiotherapy represent alternative or adjuvant strategies for unresectable or recurrent disease.
