[Early finding of endometrial precancer and cancer in women with combined risk factors]

Abstract:
We assessed for 10 years period the influence of the combined risky factors/diabetes mellitus, obesity, hypertension, anovulatory cycles and treated with Tamoxiphen women/ over the development of precancer and cancer of the endometrium. In the group with more that 1 risky factor we combined the TVS and the progesterone test and we found - 7 patients with atypical glandular hyperplasia and 2 patients with early endometrial cancer. In the group of the patients with more than 2 risky factors we found: 6 patients with atypical glandular hyperplasia, 2 patients with adenocancer and 1 patient with adenosquamous cancer.
