[Ureteral injuries in gynaecologic surgery]

Iatrogenic ureteral injuries are a significant surgical complication, particularly after hysterectomy. Prompt diagnosis and ureter-vesical reimplantation offer good outcomes for most patients, though some may require nephrectomy.
