Topiramate (TPM) is effective for treating frontal lobe epilepsy (FLE). This epilepsy treatment showed seizure reduction in most patients, with no worsening of symptoms or serious side effects.

- No adverse events limited treatment, and no patients experienced seizure worsening.

- Topiramate (TPM) demonstrates efficacy in newly diagnosed frontal lobe epilepsy (FLE) patients.
