  • Retrospective analysis of 136 pediatric traumatic peripheral nerve injuries.
  • Detailed evaluation of 31 lower limb nerve injuries, including causes and recovery.
  • Assessment of surgical intervention timing and outcomes.

  • The sciatic nerve was most commonly affected (19 cases), followed by the peroneal nerve (11 cases).
  • Complete recovery was observed in 12 patients, while 19 experienced incomplete or no recovery.
