Abstract:
For a long time the diagnosis of Parkinson's disease has been considered to be easy. The advantages in treatment in the last decennia have shown that a more sophisticated differentiation from certain syndromes, which will be shortly described, is mandatory in order to achieve optimal therapeutic responses and for giving a prognosis.
