Reduced intensity and nonmyeloablative conditioning in allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HCT) aim to reduce toxicity while preserving graft-versus-tumor (GVT) effects. Future trials will compare these approaches with myeloablative conditioning for broader patient application.
