Background:

  • To examine the histopathology of an ET-secreting tumor.
  • To investigate the role of ET-1 in a case of malignant hemangioendothelioma.

  • Histopathological examination of a skin neoplasm.
  • Measurement of ET-1 content and messenger RNA (mRNA) expression in tumor tissue.
  • Monitoring of blood pressure levels.
