This study found high success rates in a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program and on the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN). Strategies to support student completion and NCLEX-RN success are crucial for addressing nursing shortages.

Background:

A generic Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program implemented a new curriculum.
Data collection spanned five years post-curriculum implementation.
The study aimed to identify predictors for program and NCLEX-RN success and withdrawal.

To analyze predictors of success and withdrawal in a BSN program.
To evaluate the impact of a new curriculum on student outcomes.
