Summary

Constructive interference in a steady state (CISS) sequence MRI is superior to T2-weighted fast spin-echo (FSE) for evaluating cervicothoracic adhesive arachnoiditis. CISS imaging offers better visualization of spinal structures and aids in diagnosing associated conditions.
