- 50% complete response to steroids; 30% partial response. 15.8% with secondary BOOP died due to respiratory failure.

- Clinical presentation of BOOP in this series is similar to international reports.
- Majority of patients experience favorable outcomes, especially with steroid treatment.
- Underlying conditions can be associated with a poorer prognosis in BOOP.
