Summary

Rose-K rigid contact lenses successfully fit 96-100% of moderate to severe keratoconus eyes. Axial topography maps better predict final contact lens base curves, ensuring good vision and comfort.

  • Follow-up duration of at least six months.
  • Measurement of visual acuity, recording of axial and instantaneous topography maps, and grading of contact lens wear comfort.
