Abstract:
Although osteosarcoma of the jaws is a rare tumour, early diagnosis is a prognostic determinant. Patients with osteosarcoma of the jaws are likely to present to the general dental practitioner initially, however, as the condition is uncommon, many dentists may be unfamiliar with its early radiographic features.
