    • The patient was managed conservatively with intravenous fluids and blood transfusion.

    Findings:

    • This case represents the first reported instance of a subcapsular kidney hematoma occurring after cardiac catheterization in the English literature.
    • The patient's condition was successfully managed with supportive care.

    Implications:

    • Highlights the potential for rare and unusual vascular complications following cardiac catheterization.
    • Emphasizes the importance of recognizing and managing diverse hematoma presentations.
